(VOVworld)- A US trade group visited Phu Quoc island district on Tuesday and met with the Island Development and Investment Management Board. This is the first leg of the group’s visit to Vietnam to strengthen bilateral trade ties. During the visit to Phu Quoc, US investors wanted to learn about the island’s potential and development plans so they can find opportunities for investing, and providing financial and technical support in infrastructure and tourism.
