Vietnam aims to strengthen ties with Mexico

(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam wants to promote comprehensive cooperation with Mexico, said President Tran Dai Quang at a reception for former Mexican President Carlos Salinas de Gortari in Hanoi on Monday.

Mr. Quang urged for more exchanges of delegations and growing cooperation in trade and investment between the two countries. Both sides should boost coordination and mutual  support at international mechanisms, he added. Former President Gortari affirms that Mexico is always a close friend of Vietnam.
