The Deputy Minister proposed that both sides intensify contact, exchange high-level delegations, and finalize cooperation agreements to establish a solid legal framework for bilateral relations.

In economic cooperation, she urged both nations to maximize the benefits of the Vietnam-Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Free Trade Agreement—of which Armenia is a member—while encouraging stronger connections between businesses and organizations from both countries to expand trade and investment opportunities.

Ambassador Baghdasaryan expressed Armenia’s commitment to close coordination with Vietnamese ministries and agencies to ensure well-prepared high-level visits in the near future. He also reaffirmed his role in strengthening Vietnam-Armenia ties, translating diplomatic initiatives into practical cooperation.
