Vietnam creates favorable conditions for Polish investors

(VOVworld) – Vietnam’s Vice President Dang Thi Ngoc Thinh met with Polish President Andrzej Duda Wednesday while in Warsaw for the 26th Global Summit of Women.

Both sides agreed that their bilateral cooperation has thrived over the past 66 years and continues to develop (VNA)

President Duda said Poland has always valued its traditional relationship and multifaceted cooperation with Vietnam. Both sides agreed that their bilateral cooperation has thrived over the past 66 years and continues to develop. Poland continues to be Vietnam’s top trade partner in eastern Europe with 761 million USD in trade last year. The two leaders said both countries have a great potential for partnerships in food technology, textiles, garments, machinery, medical equipment, medicine, and construction. Vice President Thinh pledged that Vietnam will create a favorable and safe environment for investors from Poland. 

Thinh also met on Wednesday with the Vietnamese Embassy staff and representatives of the Vietnamese community in Poland.
