Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Trade Promotion Agency, Vu Ba Phu, spoke of its significance: “The promotional sales month on a national scale will bring about more benefit to consumers when they could buy goods of high quality at best prices. This will stimulate domestic production and warm up the local market after Covid-19 as well as domestic consumption demand.”

Products and services on sale during the promotional month could be discounted by nearly 100%.
