(VOVworld) – Vietnamese ambassador to Laos Nguyen Manh Hung on Saturday conveyed the congratulations of Vietnamese party and state leaders to former General Secretary of the Lao Revolutionary People’s Party Khamtay Siphadone on his 90^th birthday.

Siphadone was also President of the Democratic People’s Republic of Laos. Ambassador Hung pledged to contribute to consolidating the traditional friendship and relations between the two countries as aspired by President Ho Chi Minh, President Kaysone Phomvihane and people of both nations.
