Vietnam's exports to Singapore rise significantly

(VOVWORLD) - Two-way trade between Vietnam and Singapore in the past eight months exceeded 21 billion SGD, up nearly 8.5% from the same period last year.

As a result, Vietnam continued to be Singapore’s 12th largest trade partner, according to the Vietnam Trade Office in Singapore.

Last month, Vietnam's exports to Singapore surged by 58%, driven by the strong performance of electronics, machinery, and equipment sectors.

Items enjoying the highest growth rate included machinery, phones and parts,  reactors, boilers, machinery, and petroleum products.
