(VOVworld) – Vietnam recorded a 2-billion-euro trade surplus with France in 2013, showing momentum of increase despite France’s gloomy economy.
According to statistics from the French customs authority, two-way trade last year totaled 3.5 billion euros, up 6%. France remains one of Vietnam’s biggest EU consumers.
Vietnam saw a 4% increase in its traditional exports to France: mobile phones, machines, electronic components, footwear, and clothing.
