Nguyen Duy Tam, a research student at Singapore’s Nanyang University, proposes: “The government should pay more attention to human resource training for sustainable development of renewable energies. We need highly educated engineers to operate renewable energy plants. We should be serious in making policies for renewable energy and updating to advanced technology. Investment in renewable energy should be socialized to fully tap its potential.”
Le Quoc Phong, First Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, said: “We expect that young intellectuals will continue to discuss and improve their initiatives as well as propose solutions for national development in different sectors. Young intellectuals today will become important figures and leaders with ever greater success in the future.”
