Mr. Mai Huynh Toan and Ms. JENNIFER PHUONG MY NGUYEN have no children, shared assets and debts, so there was no request for settlement.
The first court session will take place at 08:00 am, August 26, 2022
A second court session will take place at 08:00 am, September 26, 2022
Venue: Hall 2, The Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial People’s Court’s headquarters, No. 539 Pham Van Dong Street, Ba Ria city, Ba Ria Vung Tau province.
If there is no response from Ms. JENNIFER PHUONG MY NGUYEN, the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial People’s Court will carry out necessary procedures as stipulated by Vietnamese law.
