4. Court fee: Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0001338 dated June 25, 2020 by the Tay Ninh Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai already paid.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Ngan Chung Pheng to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
