In the Decree of Divorce No. số 05/2022/HNGĐ-ST dated May 4, 2022, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

Pursuant to: Article 28, 37, 39, 147, 227, 228, 266, 271, 464, 470, 474, 477, 478, and 479 of the 2015 Civil Procedure Code; Article 56, 122, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Family; Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Erika Linh Ho (Ho Thi Phuong Linh) and Mr. Le Thanh Trung are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.    

2. Children and shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.

3. Right of appeal: Mr. Le Thanh Trung has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. Ms. Erika Linh Ho has the right to file an appeal within one month after the decision is announced.   

If Ms. Erika Linh Ho chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Binh Phuoc provincial People’s Court at No. 1568 Phu Rieng Do street, quarter 5, Tan Dong ward, Dong Xoai city, Binh Phuoc province. All related documents must be legalized.

If there is no response from Ms. Erika Linh Ho after one month, the Court’s decision will automatically come into effect.
