Tay Ninh Court’s ruling on divorce case involving Kwon Tae-Ho, Phan Thi Lai
(VOVWORLD) - The Tay Ninh provincial People’s Court would like to inform Korean citizen Kwon Tae - Ho, born in 1970, about the ruling on the divorce case with Mrs. Phan Thi Lai.
Mr. Kwon Tae-Ho’s most recently known address is 35-64 Ipneobi-gil Gapyeong-eup Gapyeoung-gun Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. His passport number is M00028538 issued in South Korea.
In the Decree of Divorce (No.63/2018/HNGD-ST) dated July 17, 2018, the court’s judgments are stated as followed:
Pursuant to Articles 51 and 56 of the Law on Marriage and Family, Articles 147, 153, 477, and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code, Article 7 of Resolution No.326/2016/UBTVQH14 dated December 30, 2016 on Court costs and fees.
- Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mrs. Phan Thi Lai and Mr. Kwon Tae-Ho are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
- Children and shared assets and loans: Mrs. Phan Thi Lai and Mr. Kwon Tae-Ho have no children or shared asset and loans. Therefore, Mrs. Lai requested no settlement for these issues.
- Overseas judicial entrustment fee: Mrs. Phan Thi Lai is required to pay the overseas judicial entrustment fee, which is deducted from the court fee advance she made earlier on November 20, 2017 (Receipt No. 0019508).
- First instance legal fee: Mrs. Phan Thi Lai is required to pay the first instance legal fee. The payment is deducted from the court fee advance she made on November 20, 2017 at the Tay Ninh provincial Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Receipt No. 0000379). Mrs. Lai has fully paid the first instance legal fee.
Ms. Phan Thi Lai has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling at the high-level People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Kwon Tae-Ho to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.
