Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong, born in 1994, lives at Phu Dien Hamlet, Hieu Thuan Commune, Vung Liem District, Vinh Long Province.

In the Decree of Divorce No. 27/2021/HNGĐ-ST dated September 17, 2021, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:  

1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong and Mr. Tran Clint are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.

2. Children: There was no request for settlement.

3. Shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.

4. Court fees and procedural expenses are applied according to Clause 4, Article 147, Article 153 of the Civil Procedure Code; Clause 5, Article 27 of Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on fees and charges for civil courts.

- Court fee: Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0002578 dated January 13, 2020 by the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

-  Judicial entrustment fee: Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong has to pay 400,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0002586 dated January 20, 2020, 2020 and Receipt No 0003254 dated December 21, 2020 of the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

- Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong has already paid the judicial entrustment charge of 190 USD.  

- Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.

Ms. Vo Thi Cam Huong has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. Tran Clint to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 30 days after the decree is announced.

If Mr. Tran Clint chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Vinh Long Provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Tran Clint after one month, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
