In the Decree of Divorce No. 23/2024/HNGĐ-ST dated May 08, 2024, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

Pursuant to: Article 51, 56, 19, 123, and 127 of the 2014 Vietnamese Law on Marriage and Article 147; 153; 227; 469; 477; and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code, and Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:

 1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Mr. Truong Albert and Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved. 

2. Children, shared assets and debts: There was no request for settlement.

3. Court fee: Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000441 dated May 18, 2023 by the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen has already paid.

4. Judicial entrustment fee: Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen has to pay 200,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt No. 0000454 dated June 06, 2023 of the Vinh Long Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen already paid the fee.

5. Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen has already paid the notice posting fee of 2,000,000 VND.

Mrs. Ho Thi Mong Tuyen has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Truong Albert to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 12 months after the decree is announced.  

If Mr. Truong Albert chooses to appeal, all related documents should be sent to the Vinh Long Provincial People’s Court, No. 500, Phuoc Nguon A group, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, Vinh Long province, Vietnam.

If there is no response from Mr. Truong Albert after 12 months, the Court’s decision will come into effect.
