(VOVworld) – On Thursday, John Nielsen, Danish Ambassador to Vietnam and the Ambassador of the 2015 Earth Hour campaign and 500 students from Ho Chi Minh City’s Industrial University joined an activity tied to the Earth Hour campaign.

They wrote a colorful message to raise public awareness about energy conservation, environmental protection, and climate change adaptation. Truong Thi Thanh Hoai is Vice Secretary of the university’s Youth Union:“The campaign is very meaningful. We hope the program will raise the awareness of youth of their responsibility to protect the environment and save energy.”
After Hanoi, Ambassadors of the Earth Hour campaign will travel to Da Nang and Can Tho city.
