(VOVworld) - Da Nang topped Vietnam’s Provincial Competitive Index (PCI) for the fourth consecutive year in 2016, beating 58 provinces and 4 other cities nationwide.

In the PCI 2016 report jointly published Tuesday by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Da Nang scored 70 of a total 100 points. This is the seventh time Da Nang has led the annual rankings since the first PCI report in 2006.
VCCI President Vu Tien Loc said: “Da Nang, along with Quang Ninh, Dong Thap, and Binh Duong, made breakthroughs with their new reform initiatives. Management and competitiveness are improving nationwide”.
