The bluebook’s debut is aimed at introducing Vietnam’s foreign policies and outstanding achievements of the diplomatic sector in 2015.
The book gives an overview of the regional and global situation in 2015 and the foreign policy of the Vietnamese Party and State, and analyzes the 7 new foreign policy points adopted at the 12th National Party Congress.
