(VOVworld)- The Ha Long Carnival 2016 featuring the theme “Convergence and Pervasiion” took place in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province on Saturday. A huge stage performance was the highlight of the kaleidoscopic Carnival Ha Long 2016, making it no longer just a dynamic street parade like previous years. Approximately 1,600 artists, models, singers, locals, and visitors participated in the event.

Stellar music performance and dazzling lights were at the heart of the 90-minute stage show at the October 30 Square in Ha Long city. Vu Thi Thu Thuy is Vice Chairwoman of Quang Ninh’s Provincial People’s Committee:“Having been organized for 9 years, Ha Long Carnival has become a tourist trade mark of Quang Ninh. The festival contributes to promoting the image of Quang Ninh, its land and people as well as Ha Long Bay, a World Natural Wonder.
