Vietnam, WHO launch 2-year health cooperative program
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam’s Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO) have launched a 2-year health cooperative program.

Deputy Health Minister Le Quang Cuong said the WHO has supported Vietnam in various areas such as epidemic prevention and control, treatment, policy consultation, and training.The organization has always been a reliable partner of Vietnam. At the launch event, delegates discussed cooperative activities to ensure quality services and the health priorities of Vietnam.
The program will strengthen key functions of the Ministry of Health, build national capacity and partnership to guarantee public health, and effectively control infectious and non-infectious diseases.
