 Mr. Dam was speaking in a workshop in Hanoi on Wednesday on open educational system in international integration. He said: “Online courses for self study in foreign languages, IT, and agriculture are widely available on the Internet. Open learning centers at universities have raised public interest and we are strengthening connections between them to form an alliance of universities. We hope to have a correct concept of open educational system for better awareness and determination for sustainable growth.”

Delegates discussed various concepts about open education, Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts about it and learning society as well as required resources for open education.
