(VOVworld) - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Can Tho City has held a workshop on Vietnam’s international integration. During the event on Friday, delegates analyzed domestic and international issues and call for more international integration to ensure rapid and sustainable development. This has to ensure national sovereignty and territorial integrity while mobilizing outside resources for industrialization and modernization. Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son said: “International integration is a strategic orientation by the Party and State in all areas. We will facilitate exports of advantages. The Foreign Ministry will update opportunities and challenges facing domestic enterprises. Relating agencies are developing a list of products of export advantages and those we have to compete domestically.”
