(VOVworld) – The photos and materials featuring Vietnam’s sovereignty over Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos were displayed in Japan late last week as part of the Vietnam Festival held in Kanagawa prefecture.

Visitors show their interest in the exhibition on Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.

The exhibits were divided into four topics – the historical materials asserting Vietnam’s sovereignty over these two archipelagos, the photos recording China’s destruction of the status quo, illegal construction, and speeding up of militarization in Vietnam’s islands in the East Sea, the movements by overseas Vietnamese in protest of China’s illegal acts in the East Sea, and the photos about international cooperation to guarantee the freedom and security of navigation there.

This was the second time the Vietnamese People Association in Japan to have exhibited materials and photos about the East Sea in an attempt to let more and more Japanese and foreign people to know about Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.
