(VOVworld) – Radio the Voice of Vietnam began the construction of its northeastern region representative office on Monday. The building has been constructed on an 800-square-meters in Halong city, Quang Ninh province.

 This is the first phase of a VOV coverage plan for the region, which will be followed by the construction of a 10KW FM broadcast station in Van Don district. The office will produce programs about the regional sea and islands, defense, and socio-economic development.
