During the national holiday of Ancestor Day from Saturday to Monday, nursery schools in Hanoi disinfected all classrooms and learning materials with Chloramines B and organized day-boarding, including extended activities, meals, and boarding house.

Hoang Thi Hang, Rector of Thanh Xuan Trung Nursery School in Thanh Xuan district, says: “The school is ready to take care of the children for day-boarding. We have reviewed all conditions and agreed with parents to choose food suppliers for meals.”

Le Thi Tram Anh, Rector of Tuoi Hoa Nursery School in Ba Dinh district, says: “We will spend the first hours helping the children get used to a daily routine at nursery school. For 5-year-old preschoolers, we will focus on skills to help them get ready to enter grade 1. With parents’ help, the children will quickly be in tune with schooling.”

Nursery schools have also prepared scenarios to handle COVID-19 infections at schools. Although it is only less than two months before the school year ends, going to school is very important for the children, teachers, and parents as Vietnamese are adapting to the new normal.
