Soldiers, officers join hands with locals to eliminate dilapidated housings in Soc Trang province

(VOVWORLD) - More than 8,000 households in Soc Trang province are living in temporary and dilapidated homes. The province has mobilized all resources to urgently build safe, new homes for these families.
