The commemorative ceremony is scheduled for 6:30 a.m. on April 30 at Le Duan Boulevard in front of the Independence Palace.
A national-level military parade is set to take place at 8:00 a.m., with participation from Vietnam’s armed forces and police units, along with visiting troops from China, Laos, and Cambodia.
An Air Force flyover will feature helicopters, YAK-130 aircraft, and Su-30MK2 fighter jets.
The full program will be broadcast live through the national radio and television system.
Fireworks shows, art performances, exhibitions, and community events are planned across the city.
