(VOVworld) – The 12^th session of the Central Theoretical Council opened on Wednesday in Ninh Binh province focusing on building reports to review 30 years of the renewal process (1986-2016) and compiling documents for the 12^th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Dinh The Huynh, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Education and Communications, asked the participants to focus their discussions on the achievements and challenges for the Party after 30 years of renewal, measures to improve the Party’s leadership capacity and bringing greater democracy within the context of the sole ruling Party in Vietnam. Mr. Huynh stressed those contents were significant to Party building work in the present time and the revision of the 30 years of renewal.
