PM attends conference on electronic health book, judicial records

(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Wednesday chaired a national online conference to pilot the electronic health book and issue judicial records on the VNeID app nationwide.

Chinh, who is Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, said the conference marks an important milestone in national digital transformation, providing essential public services to the people.

Vietnam has built a national database and specialized databases, shared data, invested in developing digital infrastructure, digital platforms, and promoted online public services and digital applications.

Vietnam targets a digital government, digital society, and digital citizens toward the goal of having the digital economy contributing 30% to the national economy by 2030.

The Ministry of Public Security said that more than 32 million electronic health books have been created, of which more than 14.6 million citizens have integrated the electronic health book on VNeID app.
