(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and the NA delegation for Can Tho city met with voters in Ninh Kieu precinct, Can Tho city on Thursday.
The voters expressed their concern over the East Sea issue, the NA’s oversight function, and the law building process and suggested the NA strengthen its authority in overseeing social issues.
NA Chairwoman Ngan said the 14^th NA will strive to fulfill its legislative functions to improve the quality of laws and minimize the number of by-law documents. She said the NA will supervise state activities and focus on key issues of people’s concern.
