The document also said the implementation of the Paris Agreement on Climate Change should be based on the principles of equality and responsibility while taking into account countries’ differences. It called on developed nations to realize their commitment to mobilizing 100 billion USD before 2020 to respond to climate change.

Regarding the East Sea issue, the document also asked the parties involved to exercise self-restraint, support principles of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the East Sea (DOC) and the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, and work to ensure air and navigation freedoms in line with international law.
