(VOVWorld) The Steering Committee for reviewing the implementation of 1992 Constitution met in Hanoi on Wednesday to contribute to a report before it is submitted to the government.  Head of the Steering Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that the meeting aimed to reach a consensus on the implementation review and make recommendations for amendments and supplements to the 1992 Constitution. The report will be finalized later this month. Phuc spoke highly of the localities’ review, saying this is an opportunity to create a new momentum for the renewal process, which focuses on economic and political restructuring and build a socialist state governed by law.
