(VOVworld) – Quang Ninh province will hold a ceremony in October to mark 20 years of UNESCO recognition of Ha Long Bay as a world natural heritage. The information was released at a press conference in Ha Long city on Tuesday. The ceremony will include an international workshop on sustainably enhancing the Ha Long world natural heritage, a photo contest on Ha Long Bay, and a discussion of the role of business in preserving heritages. Other activities will include the annual meeting of the Club for World Cultural and Natural Heritage Sites in Vietnam and exchanges among world heritage sites in Vietnam.
