2012 Law on Cooperatives reviewed
(VOVWORLD) -Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has chaired a meeting to review 5 years of implementing the 2012 Law on Cooperatives.

During the meeting in Hanoi on Wednesday, delegates emphasized the consensus among Party cells and local government and people on cooperatives as self-determined economic organizations established and managed by the people. More than 19,000 cooperatives are operating nationwide containing 6 million members. They contribute 4% of the national GDP.
