(VOVworld) -  The 2016 Hanoi Technology and Equipment Fair (Techmart Hanoi) opened on Thursday, attracting 350 domestic and 50 foreign enterprises.

The event was held by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Hanoi People’s Committee to promote the capital’s science and technology market in the new period. Under the theme “Connectivity for Mutual Integration and Sustainable Development,” Techmart Hanoi focuses on information technology, electronics, mechanical engineering and technologies for the preservation and processing of farming products. There are workshops introducing mechanisms to support enterprises and discussions on technology application for businesses and farmers
