2019 Hue craft festival to open in April
(VOVWORLD) - As many as 50 craft villages and establishments with 300 artisans nationwide have registered to attend the upcoming 2019 Hue Traditional Craft Festival, which is set to open in the central province of Thua Thien-Hue on April 26.
An array of activities involving craft product exhibition and trading will be held at the festival. The festival will introduce unique products of craft villages across Vietnam, including Hanoi, Thai Binh, Hoa Binh, and Ha Giang, in addition to those of Hue craft villages. Visitors will be able to make their own products under guidance of experts in embroidery, ao dai (traditional long dress) tailoring, silk and brocade weaving, Zeng textiles, and jewellery, among others.
