(VOVworld) – The 2^nd session of the 14^th National Assembly Standing Committee opened on Monday in Hanoi to discuss the outcome of the previous session and preparation for the next session.

The participants would contribute ideas to the draft law on guard force and draft law on commune-level public security forces. National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said: “The session will review the preliminary result of the previous session, and discuss preparation for the 2^nd session, We will also contribute ideas for some draft laws. National Assembly deputies will discuss the government’s report on adjusting foreign capital plans, and use of government bonds for reclamation, and settlements from 2012-2013 of the project of Ta Trach lake”.
