(VOVworld) – South Korea’s Health Ministry said on Monday that 3 new MERS cases had been reported, increasing the total number of infections to 175.

Two of the new infections had been contacted at 2 different hospitals in Seoul, including the Samsung Medical Centre. The Ministry said that 54 MERS cases had been discharged from hospital after they had fully recovered, while 2,805 people are still isolated with the disease.
