(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded 11,160 new cases of COVID-19 in 59 provinces and cities in the past 24 hours. The country’s caseload has to date reached 10,544,324.

On Friday, an additional 2,338 recoveries were announced, raising the total number of recoveries to 9,079,265.
In the past week, 31 provinces and cities have rolled out COVID-19 vaccination for children from 5 to under 12 years old.
