Nguyen Dac Vinh, Secretary of the Nghe An provincial Party Committee, said that during his life and his overseas journey for national salvation, President Ho Chi Minh felt a special affection and love for his homeland. Remembering President Ho Chi Minh’s teachings, Nghe An province has contributed to the success of the revolution, and to national construction and defense. The province has gained considerable achievements in socio-economic development.

Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Commission Pham Minh Chinh said he believes that Nghe An province will continue to be a role model in Party building and studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
