(VOVworld) – The 7^th session of the 14^th National Assembly’s Standing Committee closed on Tuesday. Participants gave opinions on certain issues of the draft law on Amendments and Supplements to certain articles of the Penal Code and the draft law on Irrigation.

Other topics included the issuance of a government decree regulating specialized mechanisms and policies for Ho Chi Minh City, the list of Vietnam’s national projects, and the specific capital distribution for each project in the national medium-term public investment plan until 2020. The Committee agreed to issue its resolution on the benefits of and conditions ensuring NA deputies’ activities in line with the Law on National Assembly Organization.
