(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City hosted a grand music show to celebrate the 71st anniversary of August Revolution and National Day, Sep 2, praising the heroic Vietnamese people’s struggle for national independence. A firework display began on Friday night to mark the event.
The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Hanoi welcomed 31,050 visitors on the National Day, according to the mausoleum management board. Municipal authorised agencies coordinated closely to ensure smooth traffic and order in areas around the site.
Hanoi’s Cultural Village of Vietnamese Ethnicities in Son Tay held an interactive space where visitors could explore fine values of the northwest cultural identities.
