Advisory Council proposes continued economic restructuring, growth model reform
(VOVWORLD) -Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has said the National Financial and Monetary Policy Advisory Council will propose continued economic restructuring combined with growth model reform, focusing on public investment, state enterprises, and banks.
Chairing the Council’s year-end meeting in Hanoi on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister Hue, who is also Chairman of the Council, said this proposal is based on the 6.8% GDP growth and below 4% CPI targets for 2020 set by the National Assembly. He added achievements recorded in 2019 are not only attributed to recent economic restructuring measures but also to the achievements of the 30-year renewal process.
