A hot line has been established to facilitate communication between the Presidents of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Turkey. The hot line has been in operation since December 9. A summit of the three Presidents will take place in Ankara, Turkey, today and tomorrow to create a foundation for political dialog, security cooperation, and partnership. The summit will focus on strengthening economic cooperation and transportation connections between the countries. Kabul has accused Pakistan of being the source of the assassination of Afghani head of intelligence agency Asadullah Khalid on December 6.
