(VOVworld)- Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has stressed the importance of ensuring an appropriate growth model in the course of agricultural restructuring.

At a meeting with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hanoi on Thursday, the Deputy Prime Minister said it’s important to focus on human resource development, the application of science and technology in agricultural production, responses to climate change, and environmental protection. Dung said: “We need to restructure agriculture sustainably focusing on meeting market demands. It’s important to identify those of our key products with high competitiveness to increase agricultural value”.
