AirAsia seeks to start units in Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) -Low-cost budget airline AirAsia is seeking to start units in Singapore and Vietnam, Bloomberg quoted The Edge as reporting.

AirAsia was launched in 2001 and swiftly rose to become the world’s best low‑cost airline. AirAsia was crowned the “World’s Best Low Cost Airline” at the Skytrax World Airline Awards for the 14th consecutive time last year.
AirAsia now has more than 200 aircraft, making it the largest airline in Malaysia and the fourth largest airline in Asia in terms of fleet size and number of destinations.
AirAsia operates scheduled domestic and international flights to more than 166 destinations across 25 countries.
