All arrivals to Vietnam since March 8 to be checked
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has ordered a thorough review of all entrants, Vietnamese and foreigners alike, into Vietnam since March 8 to detect Covid-19 infections and prevent community transmission.

The work must be finished before Wednesday noon, according to the order released at a cabinet meeting on Monday.
Vietnam has seen a soaring number of coronavirus cases, mostly imported, since earlier this month. Vietnamese citizens abroad have been urged to refrain from traveling between countries and to Vietnam.
By Tuesday noon, Vietnam had had 123 Covid-19 cases. 17 have recovered while many of the active cases are Vietnamese and foreigners arriving from Europe and the US.
