An Giang urged to achieve rapid, sustainable growth

Secretary of the Party Central Committee Dinh The Huynh urged the province to step up industrialization of the agricultural sector to achieve rapid, sustainable growth. He proposed 5 ways for the province to create breakthroughs in socio-economic development: “The province’s development plan should be part of the national plan. It should increase connectivity with other provinces in the Mekong delta and make the most of local farm produce when the TPP and other FTAs take effect. Efforts should be made to accelerate industrialization and modernization of the agricultural sector and new rural development.”
