(VOVworld) – Another 38 Vietnamese workers were evacuated to Tunisia on Monday via Ras Adjir border gate from Libya’s northwestern city of Misrata. Approximately 46 Vietnamese workers in Misrata will return to Vietnam via Tunisia on Wednesday.

In another development, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Libya Dao Duy Tien said that by Monday, around 222 Vietnamese laborers are still working in safe areas in Libya. He added that Vietnam hopes to complete its evacuation of workers from Libya as soon as possible.
