(VOVWORLD) - The wave of protests and marches against racism in the UK has entered the fourth consecutive day on Saturday in London, Hull, Liverpool and Edinburgh of Scotland.

A large number of marchers carried banners and chanted slogans against racism and support for immigrants. Police forces have been reinforced to maintain order and prevent the risk of clashes between protest groups.
Around 15,000 people joined an anti-racism protest in the centre of Belfast, Northern Ireland. It’s has been the second protest in Belfast in two days to show the local people’s peaceful stance after a number of destructive protests last week.
British police have arrested more than 480 people and convicted nearly a third of them in connection with the riots occurred after a knife attack that killed three girls late last month.
